About Greg Margliano

Greg is originally from Ocean City New Jersey which is a lovely family resort and a great place to grow up. After high school, he attended Northeastern University in Boston where he earned a BA in Finance with a minor in Marketing. After graduating, Greg's first job was on the New York Stock Exchange Floor. Eventually, his success on Wall Street led him to start his hedge fund and run a money management firm for high-net-worth individuals.

After the devastating attack on our country on 9/11, Greg decided that he needed a change from the fast-paced intense lifestyle on Wall Street and decided to move to Tampa to be closer to his family and to pursue a career in real estate. Applying the skills he had in running successful businesses and his Wall Street work ethic Greg quickly became successful in the Tampa Bay real estate market and one of the top Agents in the Tampa Bay area.

 

Some of his accomplishments include selling out several condo conversions and several new construction projects totaling hundreds of units. He has also listed and sold property from Lakeland to Tampa and from Pasco to the beaches in St. Petersburg. Greg is currently a Broker/Associate, an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), and a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM), and since his first year in real estate, he has been ranked among the top 1% of Real Estate Agents nationally.

In his free time, Greg enjoys sailing, fishing, and an occasional bad round of golf, and is a self-proclaimed car addict! Whether you are looking to buy or sell, Greg is ready to go to work for you!
