Meet Andria
Real Estate AdvisorAlthough born in England, Andria has lived in Florida since the age of 4. As a college athlete at Furman University, she lived out her childhood dream of being both a cheerleader and a diver. Prior to working in real estate, Andria enjoyed a long career in Interior Design, where she developed a strong appreciation of properties and beautiful real estate.
Her hobby of “flipping houses” over the past 30 years eventually evolved into a profession. Andria is creative and can “think outside the box” to add the most value to buyers working in a wide range of budgets. She loves working with people and her friends and clients say she is outgoing, professional, and knowledgeable about the industry.
Andria is very active in the community and is most passionate about equipping youth with the tools needed to succeed in life. After founding TUF Life Skills, she won the Tampa Bay Lightning Hero Award. Andria is proud that “TUF” has trained over half a million students across the US.
Andria is a competitive tennis player and loves to spend her free time enjoying the Florida sunshine with her husband, 4 grown children and 2 dogs, ‘Lucy and Winston’. Other than tennis, she especially enjoys boating, daily exercise, and entertaining family and friends. She is an “on-the-go pleaser” with a ton of energy, people lover and truly enjoys the hunt to find beautiful properties.
